If you use someones pose but make it your own character, is that stealing?

If yes, is it stealing if you mention that you used someone else's pose but do not mention the name

If yes. If you did not ask them to use their pose but you did and you mention the name, possibly even the peice of theirs that you used, is that still stealing?!

If you see anything that looks possibly copied on my gallery, ask first, I'll happily tell you which ones I used a picture as a reference but I DID NOT TRACE IT I cannot trace...

If you know what picture I used and want to post it as a comment, feel free. I don't want people mad I used their pose..
